Payment methods available include card payments and, where eligible, Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders will not be processed until full payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2–5 working days.

Courier Service: If courier service is your chosen delivery method, orders will be shipped within 1–2 working days.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to sanitary and safety reasons, hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged once received.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds or returns for personal dislike, lack of results, or other reasons not related to faulty or incorrect products are not accepted.
